Thanks for commenting, Alana! Yes, from what I&#039;ve read about napping it seems that even a very short nap (just 10 minutes) can give you a huge boost in productivity and focus.]]></description>

The other blog post I read mentioned how many animals nap rather than sleep for many hours on end.  There must be something to it.]]></description>
